North Toronto Wellness and Rehab Centre (NTO Rehab) offers Physiotherapy as one of its core services because of its ability to promote mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential through examination and evaluation.
At NTO Wellness and Rehab Centre we like to promote the benefits of Physiotherapy that include decreasing pain, improving joint mobility, increasing strength and coordination. Everyone can benefit from physiotherapy whether you are living with a chronic illness, performing day-to-day activities, recovering from a work-related injury or suffering after that marathon or sports game.
